Daniel Kaufman Quoted in Marketing Brew Regarding Proposed FTC Privacy Bureau

On August 5, 2022, Partner Daniel Kaufman was quoted in a Marketing Brew article titled “Congress wants the FTC to create a bureau dedicated to privacy. And that’s a big deal.” The article reports that the American Data Privacy Protection Act (ADPPA), introduced in June and proposing such a bureau, has bipartisan support.
