Dan creates and manages global patent portfolios, conducts IP transactions, freedom-to-operate, patentability, validity and non-infringement opinions, and has extensive experience with&nbsp;global litigation, appeals and proceedings in both U.S. and foreign patent offices that include post grant reviews, reexaminations, reissues, interferences, oppositions and nullity actions.

Prior to practicing patent law, Dan was a researcher in government laboratories and in private industries.
