Hillary Freesmeier is a strong litigator who handles a wide range of labor and employment matters. She has particular experience representing employers and organizations in all aspects of federal and state employment litigation and administrative matters, including employment discrimination claims, harassment claims, FMLA and ADA claims, whistleblower claims and disputes surrounding enforcement and defense of restrictive covenant and confidentiality agreements.
Hillary also provides strategic counsel regarding day-to-day employee matters, including workforce management and interaction. Her strengths as a litigator are bolstered by her experience clerking for the Honorable Thomas Q.
