<li>Litigated matters involving water purification devices, asphalt emulsions, front-end user interfaces for high-frequency trading tools, strontium-rubidium radioisotope infusion systems and generators used in positron emission tomography imaging, slurry wall keying in water reservoirs, aramid fiber weaving techniques, ECG electrode connectors, distributed file system architecture and resource management and clot-initiating devices used for vascular wounds.</li>
<li>Served as trial counsel in six cases, including as lead counsel  – three before juries in the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Illinois and three before the International Trade Commission.</li>
<li>Acts as IP counsel to multiple national retailers, supervising patent infringement, trademark and copyright cases and providing legal guidance on claims related to product designs and e-commerce platforms.</li>
<li>Manages IP portfolios for multiple companies, including handling patent and trademark preparation and prosecution matters, licensing and assignment agreements and due diligence for acquisitions and financing rounds.</li>
<li>Registered patent attorney responsible for handling inter partes review proceedings and ex parte reexamination proceedings at the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).</li>
<li>Regularly represents clients in cancellation proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).</li>
