He is adept at facilitating and advising clients through the civil discovery process, including propounding pragmatic discovery, taking and defending depositions and tracking key admissions throughout the process. Notably, Jarvarus has counseled and advised Major League Baseball and National Football League teams on issues related to general liability, I-9 compliance, garnishments and bailments.

<li>Defended automated car wash start-up in an emergency suit in Georgia Statewide Business Court and facilitated a $34 million acquisition.</li>
<li>Obtained summary judgment in favor of a National Football League team on a premises liability action where the plaintiff’s initial demand was over $2 million.</li>
<li>Obtained summary judgment in favor of a large non-profit hospital system on a declaratory judgment action related to contract interpretation and restrictive covenants.</li>
<li>Obtained a temporary restraining order and permanent injunction for a large non-profit hospital system enjoining multiple high-level physicians from breaching restrictive covenants under Georgia’s Restrictive Covenants Act.</li>
<li>Defended a publicly traded operator, investment manager and real estate company in a declaratory judgment action in Florida; orchestrated execution of an Interim Agreement; and facilitated payment of funds withheld under a Letter of Credit, totaling $750,000.</li>
<li>Defended a Fortune 20 pharmaceutical distributor in multi-plaintiff opioid-related litigation.</li>
<li>Prosecuted a claim for a contingent workforce and staffing company to recover wrongfully withheld funds.</li>
<li>Supported an M&amp;A team by conducting litigation due diligence review and risk assessments.</li>
<li>Counseled and advised a Major League Baseball team, healthcare organizations and an energy company on garnishment-related issues.</li>
<li>Represented and defended a National Football League team in litigation involving premises liability and negligent security.</li>
<li>Conducted research and advised a large healthcare organization on matters related to charitable registration compliance across the U.S.</li>
