Overview

Jeff Diener works with clients on matters that include the acquisition, finance, sale, development, management, restructuring and bankruptcy of hospitality, life science, technology and other real estate assets and businesses both domestically and internationally. His experience also includes joint venture structuring and formation, in addition to representing secured and unsecured creditors, buyers and debtors in various distressed company situations and in bankruptcy matters. Jeff enjoys collaborating with clients who are disrupting the real estate space.

Jeff has broad experience working on hospitality transactions and represents real estate developers, corporations and capital providers through negotiating all aspects of owning (including through joint venture), operating, constructing and developing real estate projects of all types. He gained international experience while spending years abroad working in Asia and Europe. Jeff is Co-Leader of the firm's Hospitality Industry team.
