<li>Member of team that secured a trial win, including damages, in the Southern District of New York for client Hermès International in a trademark infringement, dilution and anti-cybersquatting case against designer Mason Rothschild over the production and sale of MetaBirkins non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that infringed Hermès’ marks protecting its Birkin handbags both in name and appearance.</li>
<li>First-chaired oral argument opposing a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and other grounds. Resulted in favorable decision for the Trustee.</li>
<li>Represented financial institutions, technology companies and employees in complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, including contract, tort, employment and trade secret disputes.</li>
<li>Managed all aspects of discovery and draft discovery demands and responses, deposition outlines, discovery deficiency letters; prepared for and led meet-and-confer sessions regarding discovery disputes; organized and oversaw document collection and review protocols.</li>
<li>Drafted pleadings and arbitration demands; drafted substantive and procedural motions including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, for spoliation sanctions, to compel discovery, to strike expert reports and to enforce settlement agreements and post-trial motions.</li>
