John Mueller has more than 20 years of experience as an IP jack-of-all-trades, with significant experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation (including PTAB, TTAB, FTC and UDRP matters). In addition to procuring and maintaining the portfolios of thousands of patents, trademarks and copyrights over those years, he regularly advises on clearance and infringement issues. He has served as first chair litigator in multiple successful patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters.
