Overview

Katie Domitrovich focuses her intellectual property practice on the preparation and prosecution of patents in a variety of jurisdictions worldwide.

In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, Katie is well-versed in client counseling, portfolio development and patentability analysis investigations. She has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including software and computing, mechanics, electronics, batteries, semiconductor fabrication, telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, smart home technology and security systems.

Katie also works with clients on tax issues, with a focus on federal and international tax needs. She provides clients with advice on tax planning and compliance, as well as handling tax controversy and audits.

Katie is Co-Lead of the Seattle office's Women's Committee.
