<li>Manage day-to-day litigation of cases, handling all client communication, initial case assessment, written discovery, depositions, expert disclosures and discovery, motion practice and hearings on cases.</li>
<li>Served as member of the litigation team that represented national hospitality company in suit involving Lanham Act and tortious interference with customer contracts and related claims. Participated in all stages of pre-trial, including depositions, arguing motions, witness testimony and expert witness preparation. The case resulted in a favorable settlement for the client.</li>
<li>Successfully represented client in appeal of state court ruling, resulting in dismissal of majority of claims based on mandatory forum selection clause. <em>Am. Patriot Brands, Inc. v. Skip Jack APB Holding, LLC</em>, 320 So. 3d 322, 325 (Fla. 5th DCA 2021).</li>
