Nailah Bowen brings a passion for labor and employment law to her developing practice. She concentrates on matters that arise under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the National Labor Relations Act.

Nailah also assists clients with investigating discrimination complaints, providing training sessions and drafting various employment documents, including severance agreements and employment policies.

Her experience in research and drafting motions is an asset to the Labor and Employment group. Hardworking and reliable, Nailah is enthusiastic about assisting her team and serving clients.
