Overview

Common throughout Nailah Bowen Casavant’s labor and employment practice are her hard work, attention to detail and enthusiasm for working with clients to find solutions. Nailah has experience representing employers in state and federal court on matters that arise under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Florida Civil Rights Act.

In addition, Nailah provides valuable training sessions to human resources personnel, management employees and non-management employees on discrimination, harassment and other matters. She advises clients on employment law issues and assists with investigating discrimination complaints. Nailah also has experience drafting various employment documents, including employee handbooks, policies and separation agreements.
