  • Routinely advises clients in multimillion-dollar issues in the state and city of New York. Represented the former CEO of a major public company in a high-value New York residency and domicile dispute that resulted in a favorable settlement.

  • Advised a group of young women on forming a non-profit organization focused on teaching skills and creating economic opportunities for women at risk and survivors of human trafficking. Organized the non-profit, obtained federal tax exemption and counseled the women on corporate organizational matters.
  • Counseled a non-profit organization using visual and digital media to promote social justice issues.
  • Advised and guided several non-profit organizations through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and PPP loan forgiveness.
  • Advised several high-tech exempt organizations on governance issues.
