  • Experienced in providing tax advice to energy companies, has advised an energy client on a multibillion-dollar sale of nuclear plants, including the transfer of qualified and non-qualified decommissioning funds.

  • Advised a group of young women on forming a non-profit organization focused on teaching skills and creating economic opportunities for women at risk and survivors of human trafficking. Organized the non-profit, obtained federal tax exemption and counseled the women on corporate organizational matters.
