He regularly counsels landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including office, warehouse, industrial, retail, restaurant and mixed-use projects, and advises international quick service franchises in their re-franchising transactions. He also works with clients regarding their national acquisition, leasing and development programs and requirements.
