  • Served as counsel to the FDIC with respect to its $170 million dispute with AmTrust Financial Corp. and its affiliated debtors in the Northern District of Ohio.
  • Involved with numerous adversary proceedings to recover fraudulent transfers from feeder fund defendants for the fund of customer property in connection with BakerHostetler's role as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L.
