Overview

Tara Chandler is a member of the BakerHostetler team serving as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS), an unprecedented recovery effort involving hundreds of actions.

Having spent a number of years as a paralegal prior to attending law school, and with a developed bankruptcy background in her other work experiences, Tara brings focused bankruptcy knowledge to her work on the engagement.
