Overview

Toni Herbert devotes much of her intellectual property (IP) practice to the representation of U.S. and international clients through every stage of IP development, handling IP auditing and due diligence, patent litigation, licensing and technology transfer and other corporate issues. With her significant experience negotiating and resolving IP matters, she has served as a trusted counsel for numerous corporations, investment banking entities and venture capital groups.

Toni has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in addition to serving as lead counsel in post grant reviews and inter parte reviews, and as trial counsel in patent litigation and arbitrations. With her substantial industry knowledge, Toni is able to apply an holistic approach to a client's distinct patent-related matters.
