Overview

Tung Nguyen focuses his practice on international trade, drawing on considerable experience advising and representing foreign governments and companies in U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, as well as safeguards (Section 201) and national security (Section 232) duty proceedings, before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He also advises clients on a variety of customs and government procurement issues.

Tung regularly appears before the U.S. Court of International Trade and NAFTA/USMCA panels in litigation concerning antidumping and countervailing duty issues. Tung is a member the International Trade and National Security Team that advises clients on a broad array of U.S. trade issues such as trade remedies, trade policy, export-import controls and sanctions.
