Yaima Seigley takes a client-focused approach to her real estate practice. She regularly represents lenders, borrowers, real estate developers and real estate brokers with commercial and multi-family real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and related financing matters, consulting closely with them to achieve the most favorable outcome. Well-versed in a range of real estate issues, Yaima's skills also include managing the due diligence phase of transactions, counseling clients on entity formation, and representing landlords and tenants on leases and documentation.
