Zach Taylor focuses his practice on securities and governance litigation, including securities class actions, derivative actions, M&A litigation and Section 220 demands. He also has extensive experience with SEC and internal investigations. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Zach served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, and was an associate at an international law firm based in New York.
