Partner Tom Donaho has written an article titled “California Legislature Passes Bills to Create Regulatory Framework for Carbon Capture Projects.” The article was published in two newsletters – the November 2022 edition of the Los Angeles Association of Professional Landmen (LAAPL) newsletter and the December 2022 edition of IRWA Orange County Chapter 67, the newsletter of the International Right of Way Association’s Orange County chapter.

For the January/February 2023 edition of Landman, the premier magazine of the Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), he wrote an article about carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) titled "Gearing Up for CCUS Growth."
