Inclusion and Diversity Committee

One of our most successful strategies in retaining diverse attorneys has been our commitment to listen, learn and act upon suggestions from our diverse colleagues. For over 25 years, our Diversity Committee has focused on the recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse lawyers. Comprised of diverse and non-diverse associates, partners and members of management, the Committee has participated in community outreach and planned the firm's biennial Diverse Attorney Conference. Committee members engage lawyers and staff in programming to celebrate the accomplishments of diverse leaders in business, law and society and raise awareness of equity and justice issues surrounding race, gender, disabilities and other under-represented groups. Working with the Director of Inclusion and Diversity, the Diversity Committee serves as a centralized resource for activities across the many offices of the firm.
