Partner Analía González, Counsel Nahila Cortés and Associate Orga Cadet will take part in panels at the American Bar Association International Law Section 2026 Annual Conference, May 12-14, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
González will serve as program co-chair and speaker for “Houston, We Have a Problem – Shifting Investor-State Arbitration to the U.S. in the Wake of the Achmea Jurisprudence of the ECJ.” Cortés will present on the panel titled “Trade and Foreign Investment in Critical Minerals and Energy: To Trade or Not to Trade?” Cadet will co-chair and speak on a panel titled “The Race for Semiconductor Supremacy: Navigating Trade Barriers and Geopolitics.”
