Partner Andrew Layden and Counsel Danielle Merola will take part in panels at the American Bankruptcy Institute 2026 Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar, Feb. 25-26, 2026, Tampa, Florida. Honoring the lifetime achievements of the late Judge Alexander Paskay, the 50th anniversary edition features both business- and consumer-focused issues.
Layden will speak on a panel titled “Sub-V Update,” focusing on recent developments in Sub-V cases, plus common issues that arise from the perspective of the practitioner, Sub-V trustee and judge. Merola will take part in a panel titled “Ferris Bueller’s Day in Court,” where the titular character will face the consequences of his day off.
