Partner Numan Siddiqi led a team that included Partners Daniel Kirkpatrick, John Lehrer, Michael Pappert and Stefan Smith and Counsel Jennifer Dare in advising Avail Infrastructure Solutions in its sale of Texas-based lighting solutions manufacturer Rig-A-Lite to Phoenix Lighting, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of rugged industrial and commercial lighting products for demanding environments. Rig-A-Lite will continue operating and serving its customers through its network of electrical distributors and representative agencies, under its existing brand and from its Houston facilities.

The transaction closed effective May 14, 2026.
