The Tubos Reunidos Group manufactures and sells specialized stainless steel tubes used in the oil and gas industry and energy-generation industries. The company has accumulated heavy debt as global trade has shifted. Partners Alexis Beachdell, Camille Bent and Jimmy Parrish and Counsel Scott Prince advised the company when it filed for Chapter 15 petitions on July 28, 2026, in Texas bankruptcy court.
