Partner and Hospitality industry team co-leader Jeff Diener led a team that included Partners Michael Wilde and Ormend Yeilding and Associate Rachel Knight that provided legal counsel to Silverstein Properties as they entered an agreement with global luxury lifestyle brand Nobu Hospitality to expand their brand to Bellevue, Washington. The agreement includes the rebranding of two residential towers as Nobu Bellevue Residences, and the development of a new restaurant within the Avenue Bellevue mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue.
The rebranded towers will be the first completed and move-in ready Nobu residential development in the U.S., which will fill a city block and include the two towers, plus curated retail, dining and hospitality venues. There will also be branded public spaces, signature residential services and a high-end Nobu restaurant, which is slated to open in 2027.
