Partner John Allotta led a team that included Partner Charlotte Pasiadis and Associates Claudia Cash, Elizabeth Hemann, Andrew Begue and Jackson Polish in the representation of TransDigm Group in the acquisition of Cleveland, Ohio based Prince & Izant, a leading global designer and manufacturer of highly engineered brazing alloys and specialty metal components, for a purchase price of approximately $1.066 billion.
TransDigm Group is a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components for use on nearly all commercial and military aircraft. Prince & Izant primarily supports the aerospace and defense, aeroderivative turbine and transportation end markets. The closing is subject to HSR approval and typical closing conditions.
