Partner Ron Stepanovic led a team comprised of Partners Craig Carpenter, Samuel Endicott, Michelle Hervey, Melissa Leonard, Lana Muranovic, Brian Murray, Matthew Oliver and Michelle Reese and Associates Quentin Brown, Caroline Mills-Haddad and Natasha Wasil, serving as legal advisers to MPE Partners as the company formed a new food packaging platform by investing in Sun America and Central Coated Products. The new entity will provide custom, innovative and high-performance food packaging solutions, offering custom cut and premium wax paper, paper baking cups and plastic containers to a mix of meat, cheese, baked goods and other food processors. Sun America also sells food service wax paper through its Carnation® brand.

Both Central Coated and Sun America will continue to utilize their current manufacturing facilities with no changes to daily business operations.
