Partners Gilbert Keteltas, Tamara Baggett and Kyle Cutts and Associate Brittany Lockyer won a class action dismissal for travel industry software client SABRE GLBL Inc. – not once, but twice, which is extremely difficult to do.
In the first instance, in December 2025, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas ruled that the plaintiffs in the class action did not sufficiently support their substantive claims and dismissed the class action without prejudice. The plaintiffs returned to court in March 2026 to pursue damages relating to their class action, but once again failed to provide facts to support their case. The judge again dismissed the case, this time with prejudice.
