Partner Brian Davis spoke at the 25th Annual U.S. and Europe Tax Practice Trends Conference, April 9-11, 2025, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, co-chairing a panel titled “Reversions – Coming Back to U.S.-Based Multinationals.” The panel addressed a trend in corporate structuring that represents a virtual mirror image of the inversion paradigm prevalent more than 10 years ago, and unpacked the tax structures, paradigms and considerations relevant to non-U.S. multinational enterprises wishing to align their corporate structures and business operations with the U.S. in response to economic and other measures.
