Partners Cynthia Bast and Raj Bandla will take part in panels at the Texas Housing Conference, July 20-22, 2026, in Austin, Texas. Bast will moderate a panel titled “Challenges and Strategies for Preserving Affordable Housing,” which will focus on strategies to preserve affordable housing at scale in today’s challenging environment.
Bandla will present on a panel titled “Tax Credits 101: LIHTC Program Primer,” an introductory deep dive into the housing tax credit program and covering specific program requirements, financial and organizational structuring of awarded developers and ongoing accounting and compliance obligations.
