Federal Circuit Affirms Lack of Enablement of Functional Antibody Claims

Partner <a href="https://www.bakerlaw.com/DavidACarney">David Carney</a> has been named a 2021 Law360 MVP in the Cybersecurity & Privacy category. The MVP Awards recognize attorneys across the nation who have distinguished themselves from their peers by success in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.
