Partners Raj Bandla and Cynthia Bast will take part in the 2025 Texas Housing Conference, which takes place July 21-23, 2025, in Austin, Texas. Bandla will participate in the panel workshop titled “Introduction to Housing Tax Credits,” which will review the housing tax credit program, including the specific program requirements in state statue and the Qualified Allocation plan (QAP), financial and organizational structuring of awarded developers, ongoing accounting and compliance obligations. Bast will moderate a panel titled “Year 15 Exits: Strategies and Trends,” which will provide the most current industry information on the transaction volume and types of executions, negotiating with investors, BOVs versus appraisals and other factors.
