Counsel Emily Mott has been appointed to the Book Publishing Board of the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources for a one-year term that began Aug. 8, 2025. The board considers potential book topics and proposals within the scope of the Section’s multiyear publishing plan, providing practical, authoritative publications in the areas of environmental, energy and natural resources law.
