Jon Gray Assistant Special Agent in Charge&nbsp;(ASAC) Bureau of Industry and Security Office of Export Enforcement&nbsp;(BIS OEE) Jon Gray is the ASAC of the BIS OEE Atlanta Resident Office and has been in law enforcement since 1997. Before joining the BIS OEE, he served twenty years as a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). While working with the ATF, ASAC Gray was primarily assigned to the Firearms Trafficking Group for Domestic and International Firearms Trafficking Regulations. In that capacity, he was often called upon to render expert opinions and testimony in firearms trafficking investigations. In his current role, ASAC Gray supervises, directs, and manages Miami Field Office investigations that impact the U.S. export enforcement program nationally and internationally.

William Bookout Special Agent (SA) Bureau of Industry and Security Office of Export Enforcement&nbsp;(BIS OEE) William Bookout began his federal career as a Special Agent with the BIS Atlanta Resident Office in 2016. SA Bookout is assigned to the Atlanta Counterproliferation Strike Force and the FBI Counterintelligence Task Force and assists the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Disruptive Technology Strike Force. SA Bookout was the DOJ Law Enforcement Officer of the Year in the Middle District of Florida, the recipient of the Department of Commerce Gold Medal in 2021, and the Office of Export Enforcement Honorary Special Agent of the Year in 2022. SA Bookout is a decorated veteran of the United States Army and retired as a Command Sergeant Major after 20 years of service.

Dina Molaison Sr. International Trade Specialist&nbsp; U.S. Commercial Service&nbsp;(a division of the International Trade Administration, U.S. Dept. of Commerce)

Dina Molaison has been with the International Trade Administration, U.S. Dept. of Commerce since 2005. Her primary focus includes supporting Georgia exporters by identifying new business opportunities globally and educating the exporting community on U.S. export regulations administered by the BIS, the U.S. Dept. of State, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Additionally, she serves as the network’s sole source for global business intelligence – a role in which she supports colleagues across the network in developing solutions to their clients’ global challenges. She is a sought-after information professional known for conducting database training exercises for CS colleagues across the globe. Dina’s industry sector portfolio includes aerospace/defense, safety/security, and information technology.
