Partners and Co-Leaders of the White Collar, Investigations and Securities Enforcement and Litigation team John Carney and George Stamboulidis will present at the 12th GICLI Annual Meeting, Nov. 17-19, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This investigations and leadership forum is designed for senior practitioners and decision makers and provides a deep dive into complex matters shaping the litigation landscape.
Carney will take part in a panel titled “When the C-Suite is Under Investigation,” which will examine the unique factual, legal and ethical challenges during an investigation when conduct in the C-suite is an issue. Stamboulidis will speak on a panel titled “From the Other Side of the Table: Insider Tactics for Managing Regulatory Risk When Conducting Investigations.” The session will explore effective techniques for managing regulatory risk, from proactively investigating issues before they attract government scrutiny to responding strategically once they do.
