Partners John Carney and Michelle Tanney will present a live webinar for BARBRI titled “Changes to SEC and CFTC Wells Process and Related Rules: Implications for Investigations and Enforcement Actions,” Feb. 24, 2026. The session will focus on the Wells process and how it will be impacted by the latest changes to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules as they relate to investigations and enforcement actions. The Wells process allows investigated parties the opportunity to explain their perspective before the CFTC or SEC decides if they should be charged with violations.
