FTC SPARTA Letters Kick Off a New Quarter of Enforcement – What Student-Athletes and Agents Need To Know

Partner Justin Murphy has been named as the leader of the Antitrust and Competition team for BakerHostetler. Based in Washington, D.C., Murphy focuses on government enforcement of complex antitrust, fraud and white collar criminal matters, as well as defending against complex civil business litigation. He served as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice, Criminal Antitrust Division and was selected as one of the original prosecutors to help lead that agency’s Procurement Collusion Strike Force. The Antitrust and Competition team is made up of more than 50 antitrust attorneys, including high-ranking regulators from key government agencies and state attorneys general.
