As leader of the Cartel and Government Antitrust Investigations Task Force, Justin Murphy focuses his practice on government enforcement of complex antitrust, fraud and white collar criminal matters. A former federal prosecutor, he advises corporate and individual clients involved in criminal and civil antitrust investigations, including bid-rigging, price fixing, procurement fraud, labor market practices, no-poach and monopolization in a broad range of industries. Justin also has extensive experience with other government enforcement actions, such as internal investigations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance and policies, other criminal and civil investigations by federal and state agencies and trials and appeals. Justin represents companies and individuals accused of fraud, False Claims Act (FCA) violations, securities enforcement, other white collar offenses and other federal grand jury matters.
