Partner Winston Kirton, co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Life Sciences Industry team, was invited to join the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Board of Directors as an at-large director, with a four-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026. Kirton will contribute significant insight and leadership while also playing an active role in supporting the FDLI’s future. His experience with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and related regulation, combined with his demonstrated leadership, is an asset to FDLI’s governance, strengthens the organization’s direction and supports its commitment to excellence in food and drug law education, policy and community engagement.
