Wait, what? Sweat the Small Stuff

We’ve reached the end of a year of significant change in the life sciences space. This year we have seen changes to key intellectual property positions within the new administration, including a new director of the USPTO, ongoing disruptions in the U.S. medical products supply chain, passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and numerous changes in FDA programs intended to accelerate drug approval and U.S. manufacturing. As we move on to 2026, all signs point to continued change and growth in the life sciences space. We thank you for your tireless efforts and dedication to the life sciences space and your role in improving the lives of patients.
