On Oct. 23, 2025, Ghannoum will participate in a panel titled “Tie-Down Roping: An MDL Data Breach Class Action” at the ABA 2025 Class Actions National Institute in Dallas, Texas, Oct. 23-24, 2025. The session will provide perspectives and pointers on ways to manage data breach cases from inception through conclusion.
