The firm scored 10th in the nation; three BakerHostetler offices, including Atlanta, Cleveland and Columbus, earned the No. 1 ranking in their respective cities. The firm also achieved the rank of eighth in the nation – up two spots from 2024 - for the Midlevel Associates Tech Survey, which is part of the overall 2025 survey, indicating a focus on giving attorneys the tools they need provide excellent customer service to their clients.
Using 12 aspects of job satisfaction, the Midlevel Associates Survey asks third-, fourth- and fifth-year associates at Am Law 200 firms throughout the country to rate their employers in areas such as compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relationships with partners and other associates; interest in and satisfaction with their work; the firm’s policy on billable hours; technology and training; and management’s transparency about strategies and partnership advancement.
The survey’s results reflect BakerHostetler’s effective approach to attracting, supporting and retaining legal talent.
