Senior Manager of Innovation Leigh Zeiser authored an article for AALL Spectrum titled “Out-of-the-Box: The Rise of Custom Configuration in the Age of Generative AI.” Published in the May/June 2025 issue, the article discusses how GenAI has been adapted and improved to be a valuable, accurate tool in many industries, and how it is becoming necessary for custom AI solutions in the legal industry to increase profit margin and free up attorneys for other tasks.
