Join us Oct. 15 for State of the Unions - the second session in our Roundtable Series - featuring guidance on negotiating collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) like a practitioner and addressing several of the trending labor relations topics.
Taking place quarterly, these one-hour programs are designed to educate and engage attendees through a discussion on the most recent and pressing developments in labor relations. Each roundtable provides an opportunity to interact with a select group of professionals in the legal, labor relations and human resources spaces for a live discussion on timely labor relations issues, strategies, tactics and best practices.
The program begins Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. ET. Please join us for a discussion about the art of negotiating collective bargaining agreements. During this presentation and roundtable, we will discuss:
- Building an effective negotiating team
- Key strategies and tactics used by professional negotiators to achieve the best outcomes in first and successor collective bargaining agreements
- How to handle difficult issues at the bargaining table
- Industry-specific bargaining considerations
This program will also include updates on the ongoing battle over the constitutionality of the National Labor Relations Board, including a discussion of what employers should be doing and considering if facing NLRB complaints and trials before administrative law judges.
CLE credit will be available for this program – approval is pending.
If there are others in your organization you believe would benefit from attending these events, please share this invitation.
