Partner Stefanie Kavanagh will serve as co-chair of a session titled “Old Systems, New Issues: Transfer Pricing in a Changing World” at the International Bar Association’s The New Era of Taxation conference, Nov. 11-13, 2026, in Washington, D.C. The panel will discuss emerging topics in transfer pricing, including the treatment of AI services and the digital economy, the taxation of data centers and interactions with Pillar Two, as well as best practices for advising clients in this rapidly changing environment.
