Partners Susan Kayser and Eric Lee will take part in the National Business Institute course titled “AI Evidence: The Ultimate Guide for Lawyers,” which takes place live online Nov. 2, 2026. The practical program provides a working framework for spotting, preserving, collecting, challenging and presenting AI-related evidence while avoiding the pitfalls that are already occurring.
Kayser will present the segments titled “How to Preserve and Collect AI Evidence” and “Authentication and Hearsay in the Age of AI,” and Lee will discuss “Recent AI Sanctions, Deepfake Cases and Evidentiary Battles.’
