Partner Susan Kayser and Associate Keehle Amicon give presentations during a National Business Institute live virtual program titled “AI Prompting Deep Dive for Lawyers,” June 29, 2026. Kayser’s first presentation is titled “Best Practices in Prompting for Risk Analysis and Issue Spotting,” which focuses on building specific AI prompts to analyze risk and highlight potential issues. Immediately following is her presentation titled “Essentials of Prompt Documentation and Reusability,” which will provide best practices for documenting prompt purpose, outputs and assumptions, as well as storing and organizing prompts for future use.
Amicon’s presentation is titled “Prompting for Drafting and Redlining Legal Documents (With Iteration),” which will include topics such as single step prompts vs. prompt chaining and iterative prompting for draft development and refinement.
