Amy Traub, Lisa Collins Earn Accolades in 2021 Women, Influence & Power Awards

Amy Traub, Chair of BakerHostetler’s national Labor and Employment Group, and Partner Lisa Collins, leader of the firm’s Patent Indemnification team, are national honorees in the Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards 2021, presented by Corporate Counsel and Law.com.

Traub is among the honorees in the category of “Thought Leadership – Law Firm,” which recognizes women who focus on how leadership can change the world and who strive to build a successful team through their leadership skills. Traub leads a team of more than 90 Labor and Employment lawyers coast to coast. She is an experienced employment litigator and adviser who focuses on the management side of employment law matters for clients in all industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare, hospitality and retail industries.

Collins is named in the “Innovative Leadership – Law Firm” category, which recognizes women who impact change and develop new strategies for better solutions. Collins advises clients on IP strategy, licensing, privacy, trade secrets, and portfolio management. She also is a thought leader and accelerator in the areas of inclusion and diversity. Within the firm, she serves on the Firmwide Diversity Council and chairs the Black Affinity Group. She also co-chairs the Atlanta Office Inclusion and Diversity Committee and serves on the Firmwide Women’s Committee.

The Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards honor top women lawyers who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession – whether in shaping the law, achieving outsized results for their clients, being an outstanding jurist, or assisting those in need of legal services.

An awards event will take place during the Women, Influence & Power in Law conference scheduled for Oct. 6-8, 2021, in Washington, D.C.
