BakerHostetler's International Arbitration and Litigation Team Expands International Focus with New Leadership

BakerHostetler is pleased to announce our International Arbitration and Litigation team, led by Mark Cymrot, has expanded its leadership ranks to accommodate our clients’ growing global legal needs.

Sashe Dimitroff will lead our International Commercial Arbitration team. Sashe has represented clients in complex commercial arbitrations around the world and has successfully defended Fortune 100 companies against claims alleging hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.

Analia Gonzalez will serve as our Latin America Arbitration and Litigation leader. Recognized by Latinvex as one of the top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America, Analia specializes in international arbitration and litigation, and also serves as an arbitrator.

Ken Reisenfeld will lead our Investor-State Arbitration team. Ken, a ranked arbitrator in Chambers Global 2021, has over 40 years’ experience serving as counsel or sitting as arbitrator in more than 100 international commercial or investment treaty cases administered by ICSID, ICC, LCIA, PCA, AAA/ICDR and other leading arbitration centers around the world.

Gonzalo Zeballos will serve as our International Litigation leader. Gonzalo counsels clients regarding cross-border disputes and investigations, including cases involving complex jurisdictional and choice of law issues.
